1. Introduction

Welcome to Ultimate WP SMS (UWS). By using our sending services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Authorization to Charge

By adding your payment method, you authorize UWS to automatically charge your payment method when your account balance reaches the predefined threshold. This ensures continuous and uninterrupted delivery of your messages. Charges will be made in accordance with the rates specified on our Sending Rates page.

3. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your UWS sending service at any time. Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Please note that any pending charges or balance due at the time of cancellation will still be charged to your payment method.

4. Rates and Charges

The current sending rates for UWS services can be viewed at Sending Rates. Rates are subject to change, and UWS will provide notice of any rate changes. It is your responsibility to review the rates periodically to ensure awareness of any updates.

5. Compliance Monitoring

UWS will monitor your messaging activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to comply with these regulations and acknowledge that UWS is not responsible for any non-compliant messages sent using our service. It is the user’s responsibility to comply with current regulations, and a failure to do so may result in a restriction on your ability to send messages. These are not UWS regulations but carrier policies that must be followed.

6. Limitation of Liability

UWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.
